Another year has come and gone!

The fruits of our labor have continued to bless us with a loyal online following. And I sincerely appreciate those of you who like and share my social media content with others.

In keeping with our annual year-end tradition, here are the top posts from each of the past twelve months that accumulated the most interactions, impressions, shares, likes, favorites, etc. across all my social media channels:

January

Empathize before you criticize. Good teammates make a point to imagine themselves in the other person’s situation before they pass judgement. They consider it preventative maintenance. A little bit of understanding goes a long way in preventing drama from tearing apart the team. #theWEgear

February

Nothing poses a bigger threat to a team’s culture than selfishness. Choosing me ahead of WE will inevitably lead to dysfunction.

March

Selflessness facilitates GRIT. A team comprised of good teammates can overcome any obstacle. WE>me.

April

Hypocrisy will keep you from being a good teammate. Demand excellence from yourself before demanding it from others. Your example substantiates your credibility. #BeAGoodTeammate #mindsetmatters

May

Two things good teammates consistently do:
1. Dispense Kindness (*Make others feel included and appreciated)
2. Suppress Meanness (*Don’t let others feel excluded or alienated)
#BeAGoodTeammate

June

Gratitude is everything on a team. One of the most empowering things you can say to a teammate is “I appreciate you.” #AttitudeofGratitude

July

Good teammates choose “finding a way” over “finding an excuse.” They aren’t deterred by obstacles or inconvenience. #determination #WEb4ME

August

Good teammate moves move teams in the right direction. The more “good teammate moves” (i.e. kind, considerate, selfless, purposeful acts) you make, the better teammate you are.

September

Relationships always matter to good teammates. They understand progress is the product of collaboration and comradery.

October

Good teammates treat everyone with dignity. Their ability and willingness to do so is a product of their empathy. They see others’ worth before passing judgment–and that extra effort is often what makes them good teammates.

November

If you really want to find meaning in your life, start helping others. Service leads to purpose, and purpose leads to happiness.

December

Selfishness will sink a team faster than any opponent. Selfishness sinks ships: friendships, partnerships, relationships, championships, even leaderships.

We hope you will continue to support our “Be a Good Teammate” efforts, as we strive to reach a wider audience and inspire even more individuals to become better teammates.

If you know of someone who could benefit from a dose of the Good Teammate message, please encourage them to join the conversation and start following us social on media.

We wish you all a happy and prosperous New Year!

As always…Good teammates care. Good teammates share. Good teammates listen. Go be a good teammate.
