Many followers have found our daily posts to be an opportunity to refuel their good teammate tanks, rediscover purpose in their lives, and refocus their energies.
In keeping with our annual tradition, here are the posts from each month of 2021 that received the most interactions, impressions, shares, likes, favorites, and retweets across our social media channels:
January
For anyone who’s part of a team, remember: Good teammates are never stingy with compliments.
February
The 4 “E’s” that determine how good of a teammate you are: 1. Effort 2. Energy 3. Enthusiasm 4. Empathy
March
A productive team culture is not a coincidence, it’s the result of a choice. The individual members of that team chose to be good teammates and put the teams’ needs ahead of their own. WE>me.
April
“When life gives you lemons…” (*Sometimes the only thing keeping lemons from becoming lemonade is your attitude. Don’t allow something you can control to be your biggest obstacle.)
May
The first step to building a good team is building good teammates. Focus on molding the individual members’ habits/mindset and team success will take care of itself.
June
Drama, complaining, and gossip pollute teams. Good teammates don’t create pollution, they come up with solutions.
July
Choose to be a contributor, not a depleter or hindrance. Good teammates are consumed with production, not obstruction.
August
WE is always greater than ME. But WE starts with ME choosing to be a good teammate. A team with good teammates can overcome any obstacle.
September
Good teammates ignite. (passion, inspiration, love…) Bad teammates inflame (jealousy, pettiness, resentment…)
October
If you want to build good teammates, you must get team members to understand this fact: Admitting your mistakes is not a sign of weakness. It’s a sign of awareness and an indication of humility. It’s the start of growth.
November
Good teammates don’t form teams of their own. In other words: NO CLIQUES! Cliques are mini teams within the main team that destroy the main team from the inside out. Avoid them at all costs!
December
A big part of being a good teammate is knowing the difference between what you can control and what you cannot control. Good teammates must be masters of their attitudes. You may not be able to control the trigger event, but you can control how you handle it.
We hope you will continue to support our Be a Good Teammate efforts, as we strive to reach a wider audience and inspire even more individuals to become better teammates. Because…the world cannot have too many good teammates.
If you know of someone who could benefit from a dose of the Good Teammate message, please encourage them to join the conversation and start following us social media.
Wishing you all a happy and prosperous New Year!
As always…Good teammates care. Good teammates share. Good teammates listen. Go be a good teammate.
